TRUETAPE: how to tape your patella tendon
DIRECTLY TO INSTRUCTIONS

What you need
- 2 TRUETAPE strips
- 4-5 days
Bend your knee at a 90° angle during this application.
Tear off the paper backing and apply with 75% stretch horizontally across the patella tendon just below the knee cap.
Finish both ends without stretch.
Apply the second strip without stretch approximately 5cm below and vertical to the first strip to the shin.
Apply with 50% stretch until the knee cap.
From the knee cap, tape with 25% stretch upwards across your thigh.
Finish the end without stretch.
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
