What do we mean by fascia and its training?

The fasciae are connective tissue enveloping layers that can surround individual muscles, muscle groups or entire body sections. They consist mainly of braided collagen fibers and elastin and give shape and strength to the muscles.

Pain in the fascia area arises especially due to four things: Stress, too little exercise , a permanently one-sided load or wrong nutrition. It comes to adhesions and tangles of the fascia, which triggers pain. We feel this fascial pain because many sensory and pain receptors, through which pain signals are also received and transmitted, are located in the deep fasciae.
