Thanks to its honeycomb structure, cork is very robust. The TRUETOOLS therefore enable a very targeted massage of tension knots.

Cork is naturally water-repellent and does not adhere to dust. All TRUETOOLS can be cleaned with soap and water.
You can use the TRUETOOLS almost all over your body and roll out hard-to-reach areas without help. However, please note that you should not roll with high pressure directly over bony structures, larger blood vessels or nerves.
The intensity of the application can be easily adjusted individually:
1. LOW: Take a fascia tool in your hand and roll with light pressure over accessible body regions.
2. MEDIUM: Clamp the fascia tool between you and a door frame or wall and lean against it as you wish.
3. HIGH: Sit or lie on the fascia tool to apply pressure with your entire body weight.
TRUETOOLS are genuine natural products. Cork is a renewable raw material obtained by peeling cork oaks. Cork makes the TRUETOOLS non-slip and its high strength enables an even more targeted massage. Thanks to the different sizes of our fascia tools, you can roll out both smaller and larger muscle groups in a targeted way.
In general, there are three hard contraindications for the use of fascia rollers and fascia balls. One should not use them in case of unexplained redness of the skin, swelling or acute unknown pain. The use of TRUETOOLS is also not recommended for superficial varicose veins. Soft contraindications for which an individual decision should be made about the use of fascia rollers and balls are intervertebral disc diseases, taking anticoagulant medication, osteoporosis, rheumatic diseases, cancer, fibromyalgia and pregnancy.
