This is TRUETAPE® Crosstapes

Crosstapes are plasters in a special grid shape that are stuck directly onto trigger points/pain points on the skin, e.g. on muscles, tendons or ligaments.

With the TRUETAPE instructions, you can easily apply your crosstapes yourself, no matter where or for what problem. They are waterproof and very skin-friendly.
