TRUETAPE: how to tape your foot flexor
DIRECTLY TO INSTRUCTIONS
Pain at the frontside of the lower leg
Lateral shin splints
Injury of the foot flexor muscles*
What you need
2 TRUETAPE strips
1 pair of scissors
Extend your foot apart from your shin.
Apply the anchor without stretch centrally to the frontside of your ankle.
Tape with 25-50% stretch slightly side- and upwards to your shin.
Apply the end without stretch.
Cut one strip in half and apply with 75% stretch vertically to the first one right over your point of pain.
Finish the ends without stretch.
Apply the second half with 75% stretch over a second point of pain.
Finish the ends without stretch again.
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
