TRUETAPE: how to tape your foot
DIRECTLY TO INSTRUCTIONS

What you need
2 TRUETAPE strips
1 pair of scissors
Sit down, bend your knee and keep your foot straight.
Cut one strip in half and apply the tape with 75% stretch in the middle and about 5 cm behind the toes across your foot.
Finish both ends without stretch around your foot.
Apply the second half strip with 75% stretch right behind the first strip across your foot.
Finish both ends without stretch again.
Apply the anchor without stretch directly behind the toes on your skin. Depending on your point of pain, apply further left or right.
Apply the tape with 25% stretch over your foot and your point of pain further towards the front of your lower leg.
Finish the end of the tape without stretch.
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
