TRUETAPE: how to tape your collateral ligaments of the knee
DIRECTLY TO INSTRUCTIONS
- Injury of the collateral ligaments
- Stabilization of the knee joint*
What you need
- 2 TRUETAPE strips
- 4-5 days
Extend your knee to assure the collateral ligaments are stretched.
Apply the tape with 50% stretch, centrally to the outside of your knee joint, thigh and lower leg.
Bend your knee and apply the end without stretch.
Keep your knee bent and apply the top end of the tape without stretch too.
Extend your knee again and apply the tape with 50% stretch, centrally to the inside of your knee joint, thigh and lower leg.
Bend your knee again and finish both ends of the tape without stretch.

Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
