Generally, the TRUEROLL mini can be used on almost the entire body. It can also be used on larger muscle groups such as the calf, thigh, back or buttocks, which is why the TRUEROLL mini is also a fully-fledged fascia roller for on the go.
The TRUEROLL has three main areas of application. By rolling out the muscles, painful tension and fascia adhesions can be released. It can also be used for warm-up before or recovery after sport. Here it has been shown that the use of a fascia roller can have positive effects in the preparation for a sporting activity. The third area of application of the TRUEROLLS also plays an important role here. It can also be used to improve joint mobility and local blood circulation.
The TRUEROLL has been developed for large and medium sized, flat muscles, such as those found on the thigh or back. The TRUEROLL mini is our portable fascia roller that can be used on the entire body, i.e. also in smaller or thinner muscle groups such as the forearm, the sole of the foot, the shoulder, the front shin.
In general, there are three hard contraindications for the use of fascia rolls. One should not use them in case of unexplained redness of the skin, swelling or acute unknown pain. The use of TRUEROLLS is also not recommended for superficial varicose veins. Soft contraindications for which an individual decision should be made about the use of fascia rolls are intervertebral disc diseases, taking anticoagulant medication, osteoporosis, rheumatic diseases, cancer, fibromyalgia and pregnancy.
