Our extra wide tape is ideal for taping large muscle groups on the back, thighs, lower legs and glutes. The large adhesive surface of 10 cm offers even stronger hold and stability and, like all our tapes, is water-repellent and sweat-resistant. The TRUETAPE® Basic Big Uncut is made of breathable cotton fibre and a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive for a particularly comfortable feeling even on sensitive skin. With up to 170% stretch, it outperforms conventional cotton tapes and fits perfectly to your body thanks to its customisable tape length.

With TRUETAPE® you have the choice between 5 kinesiologie tapes, which differ in width, configuration and material.
TRUETAPE® and TRUETAPE® Basic are available precut with 20 x 25cm strips per roll and uncut as a 5m roll. Both versions have a width of 5cm. TRUETAPE® Basic also offers the Basic Big Uncut Edition, a 10cm wide tape on a 5m roll.
If you want to tear off the strips directly from the roll or tap directly on the go and without scissors, you should opt for the Precut strips. The handling of Precut strips is great. If you want to customise and cut your tape anyway, it's best to take one of the TRUETAPE® Uncut versions.
If you don't want to compromise on performance, go for one of the two high-performance TRUETAPE® versions made of highly elastic synthetic silk. For the everyday taper and occasional runner, our TRUETAPE® Basic Tape made of cotton is the ideal choice. For taping large muscle groups, we recommend the Basic Big Uncut.
The Basic Big Uncut is ideal for taping large muscle groups, e.g. on the back, thigh, lower leg and glutes. The advantage over using two individual strips is better durability due to the large surface area and reduced edges. The tension distribution of the extra wide tape is more even across the entire width and thus offers particularly good continuous stability.
Yes, you can! In our instructions, we show you exactly how and where to apply the tape and point out all possible sources of error. All instructions for the use of our tapes were developed by doctors and physiotherapists from our team.
No, you don't need to. The colour has no influence on the properties of our tapes. So you can choose the colour you like best. We have only used several colours in the instructions to make it easier to see the individual strips.
