The TRUETAPE® Crosstape Big Pack contains 130 mesh plasters in different sizes. The Big Pack consists of 72 plasters size S, 34x size M and 16x size L. The Crosstapes can be easily applied by yourself and universally all over the body. If in doubt check our photo and video instructions.

The TRUETAPE® Crosstapes are plasters in a special grid shape, which are applied directly on trigger / acupuncture and pain points on the skin, e.g. on muscles, tendons or ligaments. They can also be used to support scar healing after surgery or other cuts.
With TRUETAPE instructions, you can easily apply your crosstapes yourself, no matter where or for what problem. They are waterproof, very gentle on the skin and can be worn for several days at a time.
Our Crosstapes come in 3 different sizes. They can be applied directly to pain-, trigger- or acupuncture-points* almost all over the body and on freshly healed scars.
TRUETAPE Crosstapes are waterproof, very skin friendly and drug free. The durability varies depending on the body region, but we make sure to use a particularly durable adhesive.

For example, size S is perfect for use on children or on hands, neck and head for adults.
Size M is used on larger muscle groups and medium-sized joints such as elbow, shoulder, neck or wrist.
Size L is best used on large muscle groups or large joints such as back, thigh, knee or ankle.
There are two types of usages for crosstapes. The first area of application is pain points/ trigger points and tension. For this purpose, attach your TRUETAPE® crosstapes directly to muscular pain points and tension knots.
The second application area is the use on scars. To use TRUETAPE® Crosstape on scars it is important that the wound is clean and already closed and that the stitches have been removed after an operation. Apply our crosstapes for about 3-5 weeks and directly after the scar has healed.
You can wear the TRUETAPE® Crosstapes for up to 7 days. The durability varies depending on the position where the crosstape is applied. In most cases, the wearing time is between 3-5 days. Our crosstapes are waterproof and remain on the skin even when showering.
