You can use the TRUEBALLS almost all over your body and also roll out hard-to-reach parts of the body without help. However, please note that you should not roll with high pressure directly over bony structures, larger blood vessels or nerves.
TRUEBALL is a genuine natural product. Because cork is a renewable raw material that is obtained by peeling cork oaks. Cork makes the TRUEBALL non-slip on many surfaces and its high strength enables an even more targeted massage.
Thanks to the different sizes of our balls, you can roll out both smaller and larger muscle groups in a targeted way.
We produce our TRUEBALLs in Portugal. The cork of the TRUEBALL comes from the Portuguese cork oak, which is mainly found in the south of the country. A cork oak can be peeled every nine years from an age of about 20 to 30 years. However, the tree is not damaged in the process but binds even more atmospheric CO2 when peeled than before!
