TRUETAPE: how to tape your biceps

What you need

1 TRUETAPE strip

Wearing time

4-5 days

Taping tips

Apply tape 1 hour before starting an activity

Thoroughly remove dirt, moisture, oils and lotions from the skin before taping

Do not wear the tape for longer than 7 days

To activate the adhesive, carefully rub the tape several times after applying

In areas that are particularly hairy, trim the hair to ensure the tape sticks better

Remove paper backing before application and always make sure the ends of the tape are applied WITHOUT stretch

STARTING POSITION

Extend your arm and hold sidewards.

1. STRIP

Application biceps - Step 1
0% STRETCH

Apply the anchor without stretch centrally to your biceps.

Application biceps - Step 2
25% STRETCH

Apply the tape with 25% stretch alongside your biceps and to the frontside of your shoulder.

Application biceps - Step 3
0% STRETCH

Apply the end without stretch.

Application biceps - Step 4
DONE!

Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
